Please arrive at 5:30am so that we can load the bus and leave at 6am SHARP!

Traveling on the Bus:

• Luxury Coach: Bus drive approximately 11-12 hrs

• You may bring snacks, drinks & movies, there will be no lunch stops

• ALCOHOL will NOT be permitted on the Bus

• Please bring DVDs that we can play on the bus

• Each person may bring 1 suitcase, small hand carry on and one purse

• Each athlete/coach will also bring their hockey bag and stick

• We will be collecting $00/person riding on the bus, for the Bus-Driver’s tip (please, no small coins)

• Extra persons traveling on the bus (beyond the Athlete plus 1 caregiver) pays a $100 To be paid by e-transfer to hadcgladiators@gmail.com or cheque/cash.   This is to be paid no later than April 8th.
